Solstice Small Batch Pasta and Provisions
1) Freshly made, refrigerated, uncooked pastas–variety of long and short shapes (round and square spaghetti, bucatini, linguini, tagliatelle, papardelle, mafaldine, fusilli, lumache, rigatoni, ziti, gnochetti sardi, gemelli, campanelle) as well as some lasagna sheets.
2) Some filled, refrigerated, uncooked fresh pastas (tortellini, ravioli, agnolotti, etc.)
3) Freshly made, refrigerated, uncooked Bolognese style Lasagna (spinach pasta sheets, bechamel sauce and Bolognese meat or mushroom sauce with cheeses)
4) Freshly made, refrigerated regional specialty pasta sauces (Bolognese, Mac & Cheese, Lemon, Mushroom, Alla Amatriciana, Puglia Sausage & Broccolini, Sardinian Sausage & White Wine, Aglio Olio, Calamari or Shrimp & Garlic Sauce, Vodka Sauce, Marinara, etc.)
5) Focaccia
6) Healthy, vegetable and/or pasta themed hot and cold soups/broths (gazpacho, tortellini in brodo, others)
Our products will vary week to week. We plan to offer 2 short and 2 long pastas per week with regionally appropriate sauces (sold separately). If we get significant demand for certain pasta shapes and sauces we will consider adding a few to a weekly menu. Filled pastas will be offered as a special once per month, labor permitting. Lasagna will also be a monthly special (on a different week than filled pastas.)
