Using fresh, raw milk from our own herd of Holstein cows, we proudly handcraft each batch of our delicious, award-winning cheeses using vegetarian rennet and clean solar power. NEW IN 2022–we started pasteurizing and bottling our own milk and churning our own cultured butter.
